Based on the Newbry Award winning book, Sarah, Plain and Tall receives its professional stage premiere at the Coterie, a perfect compliment to the enduring family bonds explored in the Little House series. Set in the 1900's this play focuses on Anna and Jacob, the children of Matthew, a widowed Kansas farmer. When he decides to advertise in a newspaper back East for a bride, Sarah enters their lives.
