Kansas City Kansas' latest tourist attraction just opened. This lavish family resort and indoor waterpark is up and running. Now, more than ever, families are taking a break from their hectic lives and focusing on each other. Located near the Kansas Speedway and Cabelas, the Great Wolf Lodge is over 300,000 square feet with a huge waterpark, 281 luxurious guest suites, two on-site 150 feet family restaurants, bar, café, arcade and many other amenities. During June, many discount offers are available. I attended a preview showing and thought the lodge was great. My 5-year-old grandson stayed overnight with a friend and his parents and had a ball.
