Cheesecake Factory Now Open in Overland Park. Andy DeBrine, store manager, is in charge. The Plaza location has been a real favorite for years. This is the company's 63rd restaurant. With almost 13,000 square feet of space, the new restaurant is the largest in the chain. The menu includes almost 200 total items. It takes some time to get through the menu, which includes more than 50 desserts and a wide variety of specialties like chicken tortillas, seafood meals, entrees like Cajun rib eye steak, and pasta dishes like fettuccini with chicken and sun dried tomatoes. Andy's favorites include fresh banana cream cheesecake and Chicken Madeira; sautéed chicken breast toped with mozzarella and fontina cheeses, asparagus, mushrooms and Madeira wine sauce served with mashed potatoes.
