Located at 111 North Parker in Olathe, Kansas, this new restaurant has some of the finest Mexican food I have ever tasted. Just look for it next to the Price Chopper on K-7 and Santa Fe. Owners Gilbert and Racques Rizo know how to put on a meal that keeps you coming back. Hot generous servings on oversized plates make for a feast. They start you off with a friendly smile and a basket of chips with home made red sauce. We always opt to add a dish of the warm Margarita cheese sauce, which is superb. On our first visit, my wife and I tried their combination plate with tacos, a huge beef burrito, and rice and beans. Keith went for the taco plate and Bob tried a combination taco, enchilada and tostada. Everything was flavored well and we cleaned our plates and vowed to return. They offer fast lunch specials from 11:00 am to 3 Pm Monday though Saturday. There is a kid's menu for under 12 years. There is a Monday special on soft tacos (Buy one, get one free). Taco Tuesdays feature beef crispy tacos, buy one get one free. Wednesday's special offers homemade classic Margaritas in a 12 oz glass are only $2.00. They offer a full bar with Imported and domestic beer. Don't delay, try out this outstanding new restaurant and I am sure you will be back for more. Meals are delivered by glove bearing servers bring the hot steaming food on huge plates ready for a feast.
