Blake Shelton is on fire these days! His single "Some Beach" is climbing the charts. His new CD, "Blake Shelton's Barn & Grill" is hitting stores on October 26th. A video collection comes out on October 12th. On top of all this he's getting ready to film TV commercials for the release in Nashville.

He really was on fire recently when his plane caught fire. Heading for Salt Lake City, once in the air, the plane caught fire and had to turn back to the airport. Once on the ground, everyone departed safely and boarded a later flight

SHEDAISY ENTERTAIN TROOPS.
The SHeDAISY sisters entertained United States service personnel aboard the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan, the Navy's newest and most technologically advanced aircraft carrier. After the show, former First Lady Nancy Reagan met with the sisterly trio of Kassidy, Kristyn and Kelsi Osborn.

CMA AWARDS SHOW COMING NOVEMBER 9th
With seven nominations, Alan Jackson leads the field of nominees for the 38th Annual Country Music Association Awards, to air live on CBS-TV, Tuesday November 9. Toby Keith is nipping at his heels with six, while Kenny Chesney, Alison Krauss and Gretchen Wilson each have five. Vince Gill will step down this year after 12 award shows in a row, and give up the hosting duties to the popular duo Brooks and Dunn. They are also trying for three awards - including Entertainer of the Year, in which they will compete with Tim McGraw, Toby Keith and Alan Jackson. Kris Kristofferson and Jim Foglesong will be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

REBA RETURNS TO THE TUBE
Reba McEntire returned Sept. 17 for the fourth season of her hit sitcom about her adventures of a suburban housewife in Texas and follows her struggles with a dysfunctional family. Reba declares, "I just love this show".
