| Garth Brooks is on a mission as he enjoys spring training with The Kansas City Royals – to promote his children’s charity. Teammates For Kids Foundation, and its baseball arm, Touch Em All Foundation. The charity is now in its fitth year and has raised more than $40 million. He tells folks, “Our job is to triple that money (through private donations). Now a home run is worth $3,000, and 100 % of that money goes to the kids.” Even though Brooks is playing only five days a week, he’s taking his commitment seriously.
