Will Smith is Hitch and proves he can handle a romantic comedy as well as his past successful action flicks. The movie going audience seemed to agree by making Hitch: #1 on its first week out.

I loved this film and enjoyed the shenanigans of Alex "Hitch" Hitchens (Will Smith) who plays the New York City date doctor, who, for a fee, helps men win over the woman of their dreams.

It was great watching Hitch coaching Albert (Kevin James), an overweight, meek, clumsy accountant who is crazy over a glamorous celebrity, Allegra Cole (Amber Valletta). The challenge for Hitch himself is Sara Melas (Eva Mendes), a gossip columnist.

Hitch is the ultimate bachelor who finds himself falling in love with Sara, a reporter who is a tough cookie and may ruin his career due to a misunderstanding by one of her friends. Enjoy this Will Smith vehicle and you will have a good time.
