Mel Gibson's latest film looks at the world of stars being besieged by the press. What fuels this drive is the public's insatiable appetite for information and photos about their favorite stars. The show business elite are stalked by these press hunters, who trail their prey at all hours of the day and night.

Big bucks are paid for the stories and photos, and so the chase goes on. Cole Hauser stars as Bo Laramie, a new action star with a beautiful wife (Robin Tunney) and a child. He enters the new world of celebrity status with red carpets, TV interviews, and snapping cameras. The flashing cameras start to irritate our new star. Tom Sizemore plays Rex Harper, hardened paparazzi. Bo punches Rex and it is videotaped. Rex sues and promises trouble. And so the flick turns ugly with car wrecks sending the stars family to the hospital. The film then focuses on the hero striking back. Watch for a cameo by Gibson.
