Jackie Chan stars in this fast paced remake of the famous Jules Verne story. Three unlikely heroes attempt to settle an outrageous wager in the 1880's. An eccentric London inventor, Phileas Fogg (Steve Coogan), thinks he knows the secrets to flight, electricity, and other elaborate inventions but most call him a crackpot. In an attempt to be taken seriously, Fogg makes a bet with Lord Kelvin (Jim Broadbent), the head of the Royal Academy of Science that he can go round the world in 80 days! With his valet Passepartout (Jackie Chan) and thrill seeking French artist Monique (Cecile De France) at his side, Fogg heads out on a frantic race. We travel to exotic locations by land, sea and air. Along the way, our heroes meet obstacles and adventure from an all-star cast. Among the cast are Steve Coogan, Jim Broadbent, Kathy Bates, John Cleese, and Owen Wilson. Plenty of travel and typical Jackie
