The Shrek gang is back and the new film is better than ever. Follow Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona on a new adventure with a good number of fairy-tale favorites to appear along the way. Shrek and Princess Fiona return from their honeymoon to be with Fiona's parents, the king and queen of the Kingdom of Far Far Away, with Donkey along for the ride.
The whole kingdom shows up for their arrival and when Fiona's parents get a close look at them, they are aghast at their gnome appearance. The king enlists the help of a Fairy Godmother, a handsome Prince Charming and Puss In Boots (a famed gnome killer) to put things right. Listen for the voices of Mike Myers as Shrek, Eddie Murphy as Donkey, and Cameron Diaz as Princess Fiona. Antonio Banderas is very good as Puss In Boots. Andrew Adamson, Kelly Asbury and Conrad Vernon directed this computer-animated great comedy. Jeffrey Katzenberg is the executive director.
Shrek is a hoot with jokes everywhere. Be sure and stay through the credits for a cute scene relating to donkey. The laughs are so long and frequent, you may have to see it a second time to catch them all. This comedy is great for the whole family. Don't miss it.
