Fans of the original Dirty Dancing from 1987 will probably like this new one. Romola Garai plays Katey Miller, a high school senior in 1958 whose businessman father (John Slattery) has moved his family to Havana. She meets Javier (Diego Luna), a handsome local as the revolution builds in the background. He is a dancer and wants to teach her provocative moves. Even Patrick Swayse turns up in a long cameo to give them some dance tips. Garai and Luna make a cute couple, the dancing is fun and the film has a fantastic Latin soundtrack.
