Adam Sandler, Drew Barrimore, and Rob Schneider team up for a romantic comedy. This unusual story involves Lucy (Drew Barrimore) who forgets everything that happened to her the day before. Sandler plays Henry Roth, a Hawaiian vet who discovers Lucy, a cute art teacher who wins his heart from hello. After their initial meeting, Henry meets Lucy the next day to find out she not only dislikes him, but also can't even remember their encounter. He soon finds out due to an accident, her short-term memory is gone, and she wakes up everyday a blank slate. We soon meet Lucy's family, her dad Blake Lark and her brother (Sean Astin of Lord of the Rings fame). Rob Schneider is Henry's best friend who works with him at a marine attraction like Seaworld. It is here we meet a lovable walrus that almost steals the show. See how Sandler tries to win Lucy's heart every day and ends in a winning way in what seems like a hopeless situation. It is a treat to see Adam Sandler in a more laid back, romantic role that is not as gross as some have been.
