Colin Farrell (fresh from "Daredevil" and "The Recruit") toplines the thriller from director Joel Schumacher and Fox pictures. A phone call can change your life, but for one man it can also end it. Set entirely within and around the confines of a New York City phone booth, we follow Stu Shepard (Farrell), a low-rent media consultant who is trapped by a caller who announces he will be shot if he hangs up. When a phone rings, we feel a need to pick it up even if it is most likely a wrong number. When Stu answers a call in this particular phone booth, all hell breaks loose. Forest Whitaker plays captain Ramey, the senior officer on the scene who tries to talk Stu out of the booth. The bad guy is good old Kiefer Sutherland(from 24) who holds the ace with a high-powered rifle. Other stars include Katie Holmes and Radha Mitchell. This film was held up several months due to sniper incidents last year.
