Looney Tunes: Back In Action
Reviewed on 2003-10-28
Looney Tunes: Back in Action due to be released Mid-November.

Director Joe Dante is bringing your favorite Looney tunes character back to the big screen in a new animated/real life movie. Actors Brendan Fraser, Jenna Elfman, Heather Locklear and Timothy Dalton star along with animated characters led by Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Taz and Tweety. The story is set in a live-action world where animated and "real" characters interact for maximum comic effect. Our celluloid heroes embark on a comic adventure that takes them from Hollywood to Las Vegas and into the jungles of Africa in search of Fraser's character's missing father and the mythical Blue Diamond. Sounds like a hoot. It doesn't seem very long ago when we met Chuck Jones, key Warner Brothers Animator in Kansas City as shown on the accompanying picture. Jones was a real gentleman and a good interview. Sadly, he is now gone but his Warner Brothers cartoons and characters will live forever.
