KANSAS CITY, MO -- The Kansas City Pet Expo benefiting No More Homeless Pets Kansas City and other area animal shelters, returns to the American Royal Center on April 28th & 29th 2007. The Expo will feature over 150 exhibitors including animal rescue organizations, breed clubs and commercial vendors, offering products, services and information on the optimal care and welfare of animals.

There will be hundreds of animals on display ranging from hedgehogs to horses, canines to cock- atoos, and llamas to lizards. Featured programs include JUMP! The Ultimate Dog Show (an acro- batic dog show that includes dock diving), a Live Stingray Encounter, a CFA cat show, Reptiles Up Close, and a dog obedience/agility training exhibition.

The KC Pet Expo is open 10 am - 8 pm on Saturday and 10 am - 5 pm on Sunday. Tickets are $7.50 for adults, $5.00 for children 6 - 12 years of age, and free for children less than 6 years of age. There is a $1 discount with a Price Chopper Shopper Card. Only official exhibitors are allowed to bring animals into the Pet Expo.
